China Yiwu Customs seized counterfeit FK bearings

Recently, Yiwu City (Zhejiang Province, China) Customs again seized counterfeit FK bearings. Please identify more.

With regard to the case of Yiwu Huigu Import and Export Co., Ltd. infringing our "FK" trademark goods, Yiwu Customs has made a decision to confiscate the infringing goods and impose a fine of 5720 yuan after investigation. Now, according to the implementation of the "Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Customs Protection of Intellectual Property Rights of the People's Republic of China".

According to Article 3 of the Measures, the relevant information is notified as follows:

（1） Name and quantity of goods: 1769 bearings

（2） Name of consignee and consignor: Yiwu Huigu Import and Export Co., Ltd

（3） Date of import/export declaration: September 29, 2022

（4） Date of customs detention: January 4, 2023

（5） Effective date of customs administrative penalty: February 20, 2023

（6） Place of shipment: Yiwu, Zhejiang

（7） Place of shipment: Pakistan

（8） Value of goods: about 38086 yuan

In addition, a similar event occurred in 2020. Yiwu Customs imposed an administrative penalty on Yiwu Chenshi Import and Export Co., Ltd. for exporting bearings infringing the trademark rights of "FK and Graphics", confiscated 1501 bearings bearing the trademark "FK and Graphics", and imposed a fine of 6380 yuan.
